(1) For the study-permit, survey or implementation of the project approved in accordance with section 21, the relevant body shall publish a public notice and call for letters of intent.
(2) The following details should be disclosed in the notification as per sub-section (1):-
(a) The office or agency submitting the letter of intent,
(b) Period for submission of letter of intent,
(c) Details to be disclosed in the letter of intent,
(d) Documents to be attached with the letter of intent,
(e) Technical and financial capacity of the proposer,
(f) Other details as specified.
